Repeat Prescriptions
Please allow 3 working days between submitting your prescription request and collecting the medication.
The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons requires us to carry out a clinical assessment when prescribing repeat medications, and this may require us to examine your pet, especially when prescribing antibiotics or controlled drugs.
Important Update: New Practice System Coming Soon
From 2nd November, Donnachie & Townley Vets will be moving to a new Practice Management System to help us continue improving the service we provide to our clients and pets.
As with any new system, there may be some delays while our teams get familiar with the changes, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this transition period.
Repeat Prescriptions throughout November, please allow at least 5 working days' notice for all repeat prescription requests. This will help us ensure prescriptions are processed safely and accurately while we adapt to the new system.
Our teams will continue to do everything they can to support you and your pets, and we appreciate your understanding while we make this important change.
