From 13th October, Donnachie & Townley Vets will be moving to a new Practice Management System to help us continue improving the service we provide to our clients and pets.
As with any new system, there may be some delays while our teams get familiar with the changes, and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this transition period.
Repeat Prescriptions Throughout October, please allow at least 5 working days' notice for all repeat prescription requests. This will help us ensure prescriptions are processed safely and accurately while we adapt to the new system.
Our teams will continue to do everything they can to support you and your pets, and we appreciate your understanding while we make this important change.
