Due to COVID-19 social distancing rules we currently have less staff on site each day than normal, which is restricting the volume of work we can do each day. In order to be here for you when you need us we have decided to increase our opening hours at both of our branches. During the month of June Rugeley will be open from 8am-6pm 7 days a week, and Stafford will be open from 8:30am-6pm Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, our Stafford branch will be dedicated to vaccination or theatre appointments to allow us to fit in delayed vaccines and more essential operations. These will be pre-booked surgeries only. All phone calls and emergencies will go through our Rugeley branch on Sundays.
Please call either branch for an appointment if needed and we can advise on the best way to proceed; either phone consultation, video consultation, or bringing your pet to the surgery.
When visiting the practice, in order to keep our staff and clients safe, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and give us a call so we can talk you through the process. We also politely request that you have a covering over your mouth and nose. This does not need to be a full surgical mask; a scarf will be fine.
